The e-auction process
  • The representative of PROe.biz system is tolled the demand and conditions of the negotiation by the enunciator
  • The demand is processed by PROe.biz and the offer of terms, solutions and price is send back to the enunciator
  • The demand for realisation of the negotiation is confirmed by the enunciator
  • The suppliers are contacted by PROe.biz, their interest and technical competence is verified.
  • The enunciator is informed by PROe.biz if there is an interest in negotiation and according to this fact the time conditions of the negotiation are adopted
  • The official invitations in negotiation with all e-auction conditions are send by PROe.biz on the basis of the enunciator´s agreement
  • The invitation to participate is accepted or refused by the suppliers
  • The e-auction hall is opened to place the bids
  • During the first bid round it is possible to reveal the failures at the side of suppliers
  • The initial current bids are placed by the suppliers in the e-auction form
  • After finishing the first round the enunciator is informed by PROe.biz that the negotiation is ready and is asked for the agreement to open the competition
  • The enunciator confirms the final interest to realise the e-auction
  • The suppliers are sended the access keys for the competition round
  • The negotiation is opened. The suppliers only can decrease their bids from the first round according to the current lowest bid
  • The enunciator and the PROe.biz/point administrator watch the movement of prices of all suppliers
  • PROe.biz answers the questions, solves the problems and failures of the suppliers, provides online service via chat during the e-auction
  • The e-auction is over when there is no other price decrease in the last few minutes of the set limit
  • The enunciator sees the total saving, the final bid, supply conditions and the winner supplier
  • The enunciator receives the protocol about the negotiation process from PROe.biz
